Beautiful and well aware of it, Desiree is truly her mother's daughter. She knows full well that many other dragons want to be her - after all, why wouldn't they? - and that fact just tickles her threads. Unlike her mother, however, she takes a more hands-on approach to "helping" other dragons. Sure, they can benefit just from looking at her, but if they all want to be her, then can't she help them get one step closer? Thus, it is Desiree's goal to pretty up the Vale! She has a particular love for flowers and vines and thinks that, since nature is lovely all on its own, its addition to a plain dragon can help them achieve a higher level of beauty. She doesn't like actually planting things, though - too much mud and grime. She's happy to water, just not plant. So she makes Thanos do all her planting for her and in return gives him the occasional kiss on the cheek. Fair payment, really. She takes all the flowers his plants produce and some of the pretty vines and she "decorates" things, whether they be environments, the Wishing Well, the Fairgrounds, or other dragons (willing or not). She actually loves reflective surfaces, not because she can see her own beauty in them (though that is a plus), but because they can do a great deal for decorating! They have a stunning effect on an otherwise drab space.

Just as Desiree has no time for pointless conversations, she has no time for jealousy. Really, it serves no purpose! If other dragons can't be as lovely as she, then why should they be jealous? Nothing will come of it, except maybe crossed buttons for karma coming back on them. And she believes very firmly in karma, Desiree does. That's one reason she tries to help everyone be beautiful! If you're beautiful, you feel better, and if you feel better, you're nicer. Thus, karma doesn't come back to get you! And those who criticize her work will be - poor souls - terribly punished by karma. She's trying to do a good thing, after all!
