Tails are wagging, saying that if you give Hemlock a Dragon Cookie, he'll give you a bit of stuff from the Garden. Any day of the week.

...if you give him a -bunch- of Dragon Cookies, he'll give you even better stuff from the Garden.

...if you give him a -whole LOT- of Dragon Cookies, he'll go collect whatever you want from the Garden for you.

If you give him -even more- Dragon Cookies than a whole lot....well. The rumour says that he'll go and ask the Master Tailors for the extra super fancy stuff for you. Like Rainbow Dye Drops.
